Centre Head/Manager
Role Overview
The Centre Head is the overall in-charge of the Mileley Preschool, responsible for
academic excellence, admissions growth, parent satisfaction, staff management,
compliance, and profitability. The role ensures that the centre operates in line with
Mileley’s philosophy, brand standards, and child-centric values.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership & Quality Assurance
- Ensure high-quality implementation of Mileley’s curriculum, pedagogy, and learning outcomes.
- Monitor classroom practices, lesson plans, child assessments, and teacher preparedness.
- Ensure child safety, hygiene, well-being, and age-appropriate learning at all times.
- Guide teachers on classroom management, parent communication, and child development.
- Conduct regular academic reviews, observations, and feedback sessions with teaching staff.
- Oversee planning and execution of events, celebrations, assessments, and activity calendars.
Admissions, Sales & Growth Ownership
- Own centre-level admissions targets, revenue, and occupancy.
- Work closely with the School Development Officer / Admissions team to drive
enquiries and conversions. - Personally engage with key prospective parents during counselling, escalations, and
closures. - Conduct experiential selling for walk-in parents (school tour, classroom
walkthrough, activity demos). - Actively participate in school events such as Coffee Meets, Parent Connects,
Celebrations, and Open Houses. - Plan and execute local marketing initiatives:
- Residential society activations (RWAs)
- Parenting seminars & workshops
- Open houses & school events
- Referral and word-of-mouth programs
- Nearby school & corporate tie-ups
- Coordinate digital visibility efforts (social media updates, local listings, parent
testimonials). - Prepare and use presentations on Mileley’s values, pedagogy, and growth story during marketing events.
Parent Relationship Management
- Ensure every parent interaction results in parent delight and trust.
- Handle parent enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints across all channels
(walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email, website). - Act as the final point of escalation for parent concerns and grievances.
- Build long-term trust-based relationships with parents through transparent
communication. - Maintain and regularly review parent enquiry and complaint records (CRM / trackers)
to improve response quality. - Conduct regular parent interactions such as Coffee Meets, PTMs, and feedback
forums. - Ensure the front desk / relationship desk is always manned during school
operational hours. - Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby with Mileley branding (standees, posters,
brochures). - Clearly communicate Mileley’s philosophy, curriculum, achievements, safety
standards, and child development approach. - Educate parents on the complete child lifecycle at Mileley – academics, activities,
daycare, summer camps, and beyond. - Ensure high parent satisfaction scores and strong word-of-mouth referrals.
- Confidently handle difficult or irate parents with empathy and professionalism.
- Drive a “parent delight” culture across all staff.
Brand Representation & Community Engagement
- Act as the face of Mileley Preschool at the centre level.
- Represent Mileley in community events, school forums, and partnerships.
- Support marketing and branding initiatives with local relevance.
- Ensure centre branding, ambience, and communication reflect Mileley values.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Education, Management, or related field (B.Ed. / M.Ed. / ECCE / MBA preferred)
- 6–10 years of experience in:
- Preschool / School operations
- Academic leadership
- Admissions & parent management
- Prior experience as Centre Head / Principal / Senior Academic Coordinator preferred.
PRE-PRIMARY TEACHER
Role Overview
We are looking for passionate, caring, and responsible Pre-Primary Teachers who love working with young children and believe in child-centric, play-based learning. The role involves planning and delivering engaging learning experiences while ensuring the safety, emotional well-being, and holistic development of every child.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Classroom Management
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate, play-based learning activities
- Create a safe, joyful, and stimulating classroom environment
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and language development
- Maintain classroom routines, discipline, and positive behavior
Child Care & Well-being
- Ensure children’s safety, hygiene, and emotional comfort at all times
- Observe and track each child’s development and learning progress
- Support children with care, patience, and empathy
Parent Communication
- Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress and needs
- Participate in parent meetings, orientations, and school events
Collaboration & School Activities
- Work closely with the Pre-Primary Coordinator and fellow teachers
- Participate in training programs, planning meetings, and school events
- Follow school policies, curriculum plans, and safety guidelines
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), NTT, Montessori, or equivalent
- Prior experience in pre-primary or early learning schools preferred
- Freshers with strong passion and training may also apply
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
PRE-PRIMARY COORDINATOR
Role Overview
We are seeking a warm, organized, and proactive Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead daily school operations, support academic excellence, and manage admissions at Mileley. This role is central to ensuring a safe, joyful, and well-structured learning environment while upholding Mileley’s values of empathy, ownership, and quality in early childhood education.
The Pre-Primary Coordinator acts as the bridge between management, teachers, parents, and support staff, ensuring consistency, care, and clarity in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
School Operations & Environment
- Oversee day-to-day school operations, schedules, and routines
- Ensure classrooms are safe, joyful, hygienic, and aligned with Mileley standards
- Monitor adherence to school policies, safety norms, and child-centric practices
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and operational documentation
Academic & Teacher Coordination
- Support and guide teachers to maintain high standards of early learning
- Ensure consistent implementation of Mileley’s curriculum, routines, and classroom practices
- Observe classrooms and provide constructive support to teachers
Admissions & Parent Partnership
- Lead and manage the admissions journey from enquiry to onboarding
- Communicate Mileley’s philosophy, values, and approach clearly to parents
- Act as the primary point of contact for parent communication and engagement
- Handle parent feedback with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset
Events & Community Building
- Plan and support school events, celebrations, and parent programs
- Foster a strong sense of community among children, parents, and staff
- Support internal activities that promote joy, creativity, and social learning
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in school coordination, academic administration, or leadership
- Experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and people-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities calmly and efficiently
